Embodied:
Photography & Healing
with Katelyn Post

A woman with curly brown hair, tattoos on her arm, and a nose piercing, poses outdoors with closed eyes, one hand on her chest, and the other raised above her head, surrounded by lush greenery and red foliage.

Katelyn Post is a trauma-informed embodiment facilitator offering one-on-one sessions and group experiences that center the nervous system, creativity, and compassionate connection. Through her practice Embodied Alchemy, she guides others in building sustainable relationships with their bodies, emotions, and inner parts—bridging somatic wisdom, parts work, and nature-based ritual.

Katelyn also offers soulful photography rooted in presence and storytelling, capturing connection in its raw and tender forms.

She is currently planting the seeds of a grassroots Community Care Co-op—a gathering space for collective rest, creative exchange, and mutual support, open to all identities and family structures.
