Frequently asked questions.

  • What do you need it to be? The 4801 is your home away from home - rooted in creativity and built for community. Our versatile space includes studios, classrooms, galleries, and gathering areas open to all ages. We’ve hosted everything from birthday parties, intimate wedding receptions, acoustic shows, music video shoots, game nights, and hands-on workshops. Whatever you’re planning, we’d love to help bring it to life - and add a little magic along the way!

  • We don’t keep set hours of operation, which means we can easily accommodate both early morning and late evening events. If you’d like to explore the space before booking, we’d be happy to arrange a tour.

  • Your rental also includes access to our kitchen, complete with a fridge, freezer, microwave, air fryer, and large toaster oven. While we don’t have a stove, oven, or cookware, we do offer some serving ware you’re welcome to borrow. All food should arrive ready to serve or reheat - whether it’s catered or brought from home.

  • We do not provide alcohol for our guests, but you’re welcome to engage a caterer or bring your own with an additional event insurance policy. Please drink responsibly!

  • Yes you may, as scheduling allows! Just contact us first to set up a time.

  • The Living Room rental includes a 75” television with Apple TV and HDMI input capabilities. Makerspace has an overhead TV and Apple TV for broadcasting PowerPoints or other media during workshops.

  • We will provide you with a check-out task list to ensure the room is decently tidy when you leave. See our checklist.

If you’re unable to complete the check-out task list, you may choose to pay a $100 service fee instead.
