Welcome to our vibrant Living Room, with a unique dopamine-infused style that brings a whimsical twist to your gatherings. Inspired by the playful aesthetics of Jonathan Adler, the charm of Amy Sedaris, and even the quirky vibes of Pee-wee Herman, this eclectic haven perfectly blends maximalist flair with postmodern touches and a dash of funky grandma aesthetic.

Whether you're hosting a cozy gathering or a lively holiday party, our space invites you to celebrate in a setting that's as inviting as the memories you'll create.

The Living Room Space Rental Includes:

  • Front Entry

  • Living Room

  • Kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave and prep space

  • Covered patio

  • Television with Apple TV and HDMI input capabilities

  • Permanent table fixtures + additional tables available

  • Seating for ~30 people

  • Extra services are available upon request, including:

  • A/V equipment rental: $100

  • Sound engineer rental: $50/hr

  • Event Helper (extra hands!): $50/hr

Our Living Room includes use of the patio space and kitchen, allowing you to prepare snacks to serve at our banquette and entertain with ease. The charming covered patio offers a delightful outdoor space for guests to mingle, enjoy fresh air, or relax under the stars, making your gathering even more memorable. The patio offers seating for six and a bistro table, with additional space for even more seating.
